Refund policy

We do not have a return policy, which means once you receive the item it is no longer returnable. We do not allow returns because temperature and other conditions can spoil inks and coatings.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged or the incorrect product which we will outline in damages and issues.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us a message through the site or send an email to our customer service department.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
